Automate data entry
Books always assists you in entering data. When creating a new invoice you can use the Paste Special command to get a full list of customers. When you select a customer Books will automatically fill in the address, payment details and anything else that is stored in the system for this particular customer.
Manipulate items with ease
To add a specific item to an invoice or order, simply select its photo using our cover flow feature or just drag-and-drop it from the browse window in the Items register.
Speed up routine processes
Personal Desktop in Books' Master Control window lets you create shortcuts to reports, conferences, mail and other data you want to have in front of you at all times. You can also further improve your productivity by using keyboard shortcuts to perform the most frequently used functions.
